Program
Mentorship, vocational training, digital skills, and entrepreneurship starter kits turning youth potential into self-reliance.
About the program
Nigeria's greatest resource is its young people. Our empowerment tracks pair young men and women with experienced mentors, hands-on vocational training, and the digital tools today's economy demands.
Vocational tracks cover tailoring and fashion design, catering and culinary arts, cosmetology, and solar panel installation. Complementary digital skills bootcamps teach graphic design, data entry, social media marketing, and online commerce.
Graduates leave with a concrete business plan, professional mentoring, and an entrepreneurship starter kit (such as a sewing machine or trade toolkit). Many go on to employ others in their own neighbourhoods.
